I have to say you have a really great site. I really like how everything looks so professional and I was able to use everything with no problem. The site does load a little slow even with a really fast connection speed so you may want to take a look at that, but other than that it was all really great. Personally, I would definitely give good points to the sites ease of use. The site layout would help any job hunter/applicant find the work he/she desires and consequently, post his/her resume. Likewise, it will definitely be of great help to employers find the right applicant for the job. In my case, it takes very little time for the site to fully load. Overall, I give positive remarks for the website.
